Automation Specialist for Email Marketing

We need support in setting up automations and audiences from scratch, possibly through Sendgrid or another platform. You need to work with engineering team on event labeling and providing necessary data for platforms. Job: We are looking for a Email Automation Pro, a strategic thinker with the technical proficiency to impact our marketing success. The person will utilize their expertise in marketing automation platforms to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and maximize conversions. They will use their design and user knowledge to optimize conversion flows. From creating automated workflows to personalizing customer journeys, their skills will help us deliver relevant and timely messaging across Email channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting with diverse platforms to extrapolate data. - Developing a smart automation strategy for sending these emails (using Sendgrid so far) - Overseeing the implementation and ensuring its success. **Requirements** * A talented and passionate Marketer with 3+ years of professional experience * Strong experience in configuring and integrating marketing automation platforms, CRM systems * Proven track record in developing effective segmentation strategies and drip campaigns * Operational knowledge of HTML and CSS to allow editing templates as needed * Push/SMS marketing & integrated campaigning * A/B Testing skills and knowledge both for email marketing and CRO * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally * Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities * Fluent English is required for this role * Set up and configure marketing automation platforms, including designing standardized coding templates, creating of flows * Work with engineering team on event labeling and providing necessary data for platforms * Develop and maintain a system to track and segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns * Utilize data insights to inform campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys * Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing and customer onboarding * Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and best practices Overall best outcome of this will be to have an efficient, results-oriented and on brand Email Marketing automation set up with segments and flows, so we can convert leads into customers and keep retention high of existing customers.
