Job Title: SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has experience in SEO optimization, Facebook and other types of ads, and file bookings and appointments for businesses.. As an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with our agency to help our clients grow their businesses and achieve their online marketing goals. Responsibilities: Optimize websites for search engines through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building Create and manage Facebook and other types of ads Book and manage appointments for businesses Create and design websites for clients Collaborate with team members and clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies Monitor and analyze website and ad performance to continuously improve results Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Be able to manage 1-6 businesses every month, guaranteeing they all receive 15 bookings each Requirements: Proven experience in SEO optimization, Facebook and other types of ads, file bookings and appointments for businesses, and website creation and design Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads Manager Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: This is a commission-based position, where you will be paid at a starting commission of 30% As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and take on more work, which means more money. We will pay you after the 15 bookings requirement has been met If you need some initial money for ads, please let me know so we can agree on a number. Bookings: Each month we guarantee businesses thier money back if we don't get them 15 bookings. You will also be required to get 15 bookings per month for each business, or we are not obligated to pay you. Failure to meet this requirement will result in you not getting money from us for that job Remember its 15 bookings for every business, each month.
