I need to convert live video with SCTE 35 markers that's being output via UDP link. The source video is played by a playout software called Playdeck that outputs it over UDP using IP and Port. This stream needs to be converted to HLS, and it has to include the SCTE tags for ad insertion. Key Requirements: - Convert live video with SCTE 35 markers from UDP to HLS - Ensure the SCTE markers are maintained in the HLS stream for ad insertion The HLS stream will be delivered to both web browsers and Smart TVs. As for the programming language or framework for the HLS conversion, I'm open to suggestions. You can use any language or framework that you're comfortable with. Ideal Skills: - Experience with video streaming technologies - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby - Familiarity with SCTE 35 ad insertion - Ability to work with UDP and HLS protocols This project is time-sensitive, so I'm looking for someone who can deliver high-quality work within a reasonable timeframe.
