Creative Photographer & Videographer for Products

Location: Trinity, North Carolina, 90% on-site (see info in the requirements section) Job Type: Freelance/Part-Time - Possibility for long-term assignments Employment Type: Contract – Project oriented This project is ideal for students and entry-level professionals. Involves assisting with product photography and videography for my new online store opening. If you have a knack for capturing stunning, unique images and are ready to bring your creative flair to my product range, I want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Assist in setting up photography scenes with limited props, a trip(s) to purchase necessary items will likely be involved. • Provide guidance on lighting techniques, photography methods, and tips to capture the best images of various products. • Photograph and video a range of products, predominantly jewelry and candles, with additional apparel, bags, and miscellaneous items. • Collaborate creatively to ensure the images and videos stand out in the commercial market. • Manage and potentially transport products for offsite shoots at your discretion. Requirements: • Some experience in commercial product photography is terrific, but if you're just learning and feel you could perform these duties you will be equally considered. • Understanding of photography basics and willingness to guide on best practices. • Creative vision with the ability to produce distinctive and appealing images and videos. • Comfortable with using Adobe Suite and other related software as needed - access will be provided. Additional Qualities: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Enthusiastic, easy-going, and possesses a good sense of humor. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Compensation: • The hourly rate is negotiable. Minimum compensation for 2 hours is guaranteed per session • Payment is as a 1099 independent contractor and a W-9 IRS form will be filled out. • Potential for ongoing projects and long-term collaboration as new products are continuously introduced.
