Bespoke WordPress Theme (BS5, Advanced Custom Fields) 7 Unique Pages/Templates

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a unique, bespoke WordPress theme based on pre-existing PSD files. The theme should be developed with PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, BS5 Grid, and ACF. I have 7 unique page/template designs ready. Key requirements include: - Converting PSD files into WordPress theme - Deep understanding of PHP, HTML, JS, CSS, BS5 Grid and ACF for WordPress - Creation of the theme according to specified requirements. - ALL content will be added by us. Key Points: 1: Bespoke WordPress Theme Build (PHP, HTML, CSS, JS) 2: Combination of the old WordPress WYSIWYG editor & ACF (Advanced custom fields). No blocks/Gutenberg or a theme page/builder etc) 3: Bootstrap 5 Grid (Mobile First etc) 4: Needs 1 x Custom Post Type “case-studies” 5: 7 Custom Template/Pages as follows (See design linked below) a) Home b) Case Studies (Root) (CPT) - 4 Categories c)) Case Study (Single post) d) History e) Contact f) Single/Generic page 6: “Mega” type drop down menu for “Services” & “Case Studies” (See design) 7: Some minor JS “animations” (Sticky type header, vertical panel scrolling on mobile, small parallax on some “bg” images) (We have another WP Theme/website with these affects already in-place we can reference OR supply the Theme is you want to take the code directly.)
