MSME-Lending Agent Platform Enhancement

I am looking for a skilled professional with experience in agent platform development and an understanding of MSME-lending. The objective of this cooperation is to increase loan disbursement and enhance the overall customer experience. Key requirements for this project include: - Existing opportunities in Vietnam. E.g. Validus (Merchant Cash Advance), etc Digital MSME onboarding without breaching requirements of Circular 39 Implementing a user-friendly platform for agents that speeds up loan application processing. - Integrating automated credit scoring functionality to facilitate quicker and more efficient loan approval processes. - Developing a feature that provides real-time loan approval notifications for both the agents and customers, ensuring transparency and timeliness. Currently, our loan documentation and verification processes are a combination of manual and digital. Therefore, it would be ideal if the selected freelancer has experience in optimizing such processes. The ideal candidate should have: - Experience in designing and implementing agent platforms in the financial sector, particularly in MSME lending. - Technical skills in automated credit scoring systems and real-time notification features. - A good understanding of digital transformation in the lending sector, with a focus on balancing manual and digital processes.
