I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a web application. The purpose of this application is to extract table data from PDF documents and translate it into various chart formats, specifically bar graphs, pie charts, and line diagrams. I also need the application to be capable of handling data pivoting. Ideal candidates would have strong skills in data extraction techniques, chart creation, and web application development. Understanding of data manipulation and presentation is also a must.

I am in need of an experienced report writer who can create monthly progress reports that focus on my projects, task completion status, ongoing issues, and provide an introduction about our department services. As the selected freelancer, you'd need: - A strong understanding of report writing - A good command of the English language - A good skills in charts - An ability to interpret and relay departmental tasks, issues, and services in a clear, concise matter - A reliable commitment to the monthly frequency of these reports All numbers will be provided from my side in addition to the data that will he requested by the freelancer. Please note that these reports will be presented to various level of stakeholders i.e. project team, technical teams, business teams and top management.
