Project Description: Social Networking Idea where users can log in, interact with each other, and share information. However theres an additional entertainment component which I cannot disclose due to it's potential and capability of becoming something main stream.

I'm trying to put together a group of 3-6 people.

1-2 Web Developer/s (Any architecture is fine)
1-2 Graphic Designer/s.
(Note: I highlighted .NET skills because I am a .NET developer, however, I will accept any skills in web development)

I would consider these people partners (friends if not) and we would have to devise terms/agreements that would determine the conditions of the project (i.e. concerning disclore, what happens when the project is complete, etc). And upon agreeing to the venture, we will all have equal rights to the project idea. The main goal of this is to keep the relationship beyond the project. This is something that could potentially be long-term and hopefully life changing.

I cannot at this point pay very much for I am a middle class 25-year old software engineer trying to make it through the economy. However, I will do what I can/must for compensation. The scope of the project is/ or could be huge (especially because I have so many ideas for it). However, this is soemthing I and the group would decide

The direct benefit of this project is based solely on chance. When (if) it becomes something lucrative, or generates revenue, I will all proceeds generated with participating group, but would love to manage the idea with this same group and see where it goes. That may be discouraging in of itself, because it is an investment of your time in something that is uncertain, but if you are still interested after that, please contact me at xxxx@xxx.com

NOTE: This is not a Nigerian scam, or ploy, or whatever you might think, and I'm not trying to waste your time at all. I'm just a guy whose passionate about an idea i came up with and I'm trying to get it off the ground cuz of it's potential. This is the kind of thing you do with your friends, but unfortunately, they cannot assist me in this venture.
