Project Description: New Computer company needs a vivid website. We are a new website for customers and retailers. We will be selling roughly 6-10 computer models. We like the design of www.acura.com, the layout and how everything flows. We want to take that design and replace the automobiles with computer models with a little less flash than Acura uses. We want the header to function just like acura's as in when customers put their mouse over one of our models, a picture of the computer, the MSRP, specifications link, where they can buy it at, and for them to build their own.

When the customer clicks the specifications link, I only need a page to be dedicated to the product. I want a specs page almost exactly like this http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=ytJAw1lkQaVWNBb5 Where the customer can look at the specs, a quick overview, and a "where to buy" link.

As far as the where to buy link, I want every instance on the site where it says where to buy to link to a page similar to http://us.acer.com/acer-v2/buy.do?LanguageISOCtxParam=en&ctx

That will list all our retailers who carry our products.

As far as a "build your own", I would like customers to be able to use a configurator similar to http:/

id=10031874, only it will not be linked to a cart, it will only be there to give them an MSRP of the computer they want.

The last aspect is the retailers. We will not be selling PCs directly to customers, as everything will be retailer centered. Therefore, we would like to have a place to create retailer password protected logins for them to order computers for their customers. With this, we also need a configurator to look exactly like the "build your own" configurator, only this one will be linked to Paypal so retailers can customize and pay for their PCs (perhaps OSCommerce?).

Also, I would need all the marketing done as far as SEO, search engine submission, etc. so customers can find the website.

We would also need the person who took this project to help with graphic design. We have all the pictures of the computers, but we need backgrounds similar to the ones Acura gives customers when you do a mouseover on the models.

I also would need a host for this website and would take the programmer's advice on the best host for a website like this.
I would finally need an administration panel where it would be easy for me to update things as I do not have any experience with web programming. If satisfied with work, there will definitely be more projects for the programmer chosen.

The project does not require a lot of complicated things, but very precise on what we are looking for.
