We need a Web 2.0 UI developer. NO THAT DOES NOT MEAN A PHOTOSHOP GUY. NO THAT DOES NOT MEAN A LOGO. NO THAT DOES NOT MEAN A MOCKUP. There...Now I'm probably talking to the guys who get it. The real artists. It's a simple experience - but its done well at the interaction level & the visual level. We are building a Content Management System...like a Blog. (But its not a Blog) Users will add & edit 'Gadgets' . They will upload Data, files, photos & videos. We have the Basic Look & feel of the Promo site. We are now ready to create the "Builder". We have the Database created. We have a nice middle tier created & a developer who will adjust it to suit the UI. We now need you. You build clean, fresh UI. You use CSS and add "border-raduis=5" (If IE can't figure it out - screw'em) I agree. You add Ajax/CSS at points to simplify the user experience.
