I'm in need of a talented web designer familiar with SEO strategies, particularly On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. My primary objective is to enhance my website's visibility to a business audience.
Redesign website to reflect our commercial services of Facilities Maintenance, Signage and Lighting. Create more of a simplified feel (somewhere between Mom & Pop and large group, want to feel like a less expensive option and hometown.) Would like page to be dynamic, if possible, to morph to the city of the searcher. I would like specific landing pages to target the market of LED parking lot lights and Sign work, later I would like to add our facilities arm of Plumbing, Electric, General, HVAC.
I would further like to be number 1 for searches in the state of Florida for commercial signage, Parking lot lighting and Facilities Maintenance. I don’t know if this is initially achieved through paid search coupled with SEO and SERPs (this is by far not my field). I also want to include click to call, quick contact forms, and chat along with an estimator, client portal and possible booking calendar. Once you have read and understand this please send a msg that summarizes and explains how you can support this project include the dynamic piece based on geo location. I also require the ability to communicate during US EST 10AM to 5PM.
Our current clients are large restaurant chains, hotels, car dealerships, banks, retail, etc….
