PowerShell Script for Application Installation

I need a PowerShell script that can both uninstall a specific application (Application A) and install a new one from our internal company server. This new application is not currently present on the Windows PC.
Key Requirements:
- The script must first check if Application A is installed on the Windows PC. If it is, it should proceed with uninstalling it.
- The new application should be downloaded from our internal company server.
- The script should ensure that there are no existing versions of the new application installed.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in software uninstallation and installation.
- Familiarity with downloading files over a network.
