Power System Harmonics Analysis

As a single phase domestic supply owner in North Yorkshire, I am looking for an experienced electrical engineer who can successfully perform a detailed power system analysis for me. Your foremost task will include:
- Analyzing the reason behind the overreading meters, potentially due to harmonics.
- Recommending a solution to address the problem.
- If the solution is outside the property presenting a paper to OFGEM detailing the science behind the problem, the solution and the party responsible for implementing the solution (Power Supplier or Electricity Board)
Ideal Skills:
- Strong understanding of single phase domestic supply systems.
- Expertise in load flow studies and power system analysis.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues related to power system harmonics.
- Understanding of UK Power market legislation.
This is a specialized role, so prior experience in diagnosing issues in single phase domestic power systems and presenting the results to the OFGEM would be highly beneficial.
