Django Website Functionality Additions

I'm looking for a Django developer to add some functionalities to my existing website. The website has multiple forms to collect clients information. I want to do the following:
1. Rename Users table to Clients table
2. Implement save functionality across all form sections
3. Centralize CSS and JS in [login to view URL] and extend the current form HTML pages from it
4. Incorporate a navigation bar into all pages, including logo, home, services, about, contact, and login/signup or logout options, extend [login to view URL] for this task. use plain pages for services, about, contact pages
5. Introduce Employee table and create [login to view URL]; ensure that list clients functionality is accessible only for employees
6. Remove datepicker from date fields
7. Skills form:
- Implement skills table to allow multiple records for each client
- Add "Add another skill" functionality in the skills form
- Convert the type field into a dropdown menu with 5 options (type_1, type_2, ..., type_5). Show the remaining form fields only if type_1 or type_2 are selected.
- Add a radio button (Yes/No) to a question. The remaining form fields should appear based on the response.
8. Positions form:
- Implement positions table to allow multiple positions for each client
- Add "Add another position" functionality in the positions form
- Add radio buttons (Yes/No) to form questions, Show the remaining form fields based on the responses.
