Getting your credit card verified

• Credit card verification is a simple process and you can get it done free of cost!
• LimeExchange charges two amounts on your credit card for verification purposes which are fully refundable. The refund is made immediately after verification or within 10 days of the two transactions initiated by LimeExchange, whichever is earlier.
• The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days whether your credit card is verified or not.

Here is how you can get your credit card verified:

• Sign In using your LimeExchange ID and Password. Go to Exchange tab and click the 'Wallet' link.
• Click the 'My Accounts' link on the left side panel.
• Select the ‘Credit Cards’ mode. Click on the link to submit your credit card details for verification. Remember, we do not store your credit card number except for the last four digits.
• LimeExchange will immediately charge two small amounts on your credit card (without storing your credit card number).
• Please check with your credit card provider or access online banking to retrieve the exact amounts of these two charges made by LimeExchange. It may take few days for transaction amounts to appear on your credit card statements.
• Revisit LimeExchange. Go to Exchange tab and click the 'Wallet' link. Click the ‘My Accounts’ link on the left side panel. Select the 'Credit Cards' mode. You will see your credit card summary along with the 'Enter Transaction Amounts' link.
• Click the ‘Enter Transaction Amounts’ link. The following page would appear.

  

• Fill the exact amounts of the two transactions in the boxes provided and submit them. If the transaction amounts are correct, your credit card would be immediately verified. You should enter the same amounts as shown on your credit card statement even if those amounts are in currency other than USD.
• You have three attempts to enter the correct transaction amounts. If you enter incorrect transaction amounts for three times, your credit card account will be deleted, and you will have to start the verification process from the beginning.
• If you have more than one credit card, repeat the same process for verifying them.

Adding more credit cards
You can get more than one credit card verified from LimeExchange if you wish to use multiple credit cards while making payments.

To add more credit cards, repeat the above steps as mentioned under the heading ‘Getting your credit card verified.

Making payment using the credit card of your choice
Every time you make payment, you get an option to select the credit card that you wish to use.
