My Settings

LimeExchange users can perform the following functions through “My Settings” page:
  • Change password
  • Select time zone
  • Upload logo for receipts
  • Change email address

Sign In using your LimeExchange ID and password, and click on “My Settings” link on the top-most right hand side.

Changing password
To change your password, you should enter the required information in the “Account Password” section of your “My Settings” page and save it. If you have entered the correct information, the new password will be activated immediately, and you will receive a message to the same effect.

Selecting Time Zone
In the “Time Zone” section of your “My Settings” page, you can select time zone using the dropdown list, and save it. Any change will be saved immediately.

Uploading Logo for Receipts

If you want to promote your company’s name by putting a logo on all the receipts that you send to buyers, you can do so by uploading and saving your logo in “My Settings”. Alternatively, you can also upload your logo by clicking on “Upload Receipt Logo” link on your “My Receipts” page.

Your logo should only be in jpeg format, and preferably of 180x100 dimensions for an optimum view.

Go to the “Receipt Details” section of your “My Settings” page and click on “Browse” button. Locate the logo that you want to upload, and save it. Once you save a logo, all the receipts that you send to buyers will contain the same logo.

Changing Email Address

At the time of registration every user has to provide an email address. You can change that email address, if you so desire. Enter a new email address in the “Email” section of your “My Settings” page, and save it. A message will be displayed requesting you to confirm your new email account. Once you confirm your new email account, the change would be effected.
