Self Mediation
In the event of any dispute between You and another Member (whether a Buyer or Service Provider) relating to a Deliverable. You can "Self Mediate" such dispute in good faith before Lime Labs for a period of twenty five (25) business days.

Such twenty five business day period shall be deemed to have begun the day that you or another member requests Dispute Assistance Services through the Site.

Either the Service Provider or Buyer can initiate the self mediation process.

To start the "Self Mediation" process visit the "Exchange" tab » "Seek Assistance" » "Seek Mediation" and select the project for which you are seeking mediation. It is mandatory to upload the duly filled "Mediation Form" along with your comments.

Once you have started the mediation the project enters "SELF MEDIATION" state and cannot be submitted until the dispute gets resolved.

The project message board remains active for discussing and resolving the dispute. Either of disputing parties after discussion can upload the duly filled "Self Mediation Agreement" by clicking on "Resolution Proposal" link on the project details page.

Self-Mediation Agreement uploaded by you has to be agreed upon by the other party. In case both parties agree, Lime Labs would be informed of the agreement and Lime Labs would make the necessary deductions/payments within 10 business days, and the project would then be closed, till then the project moves to "Closed" state.

Exchange Mediation
In case no agreement is reached during the "Self Mediation" phase, the dispute is forwarded to Lime Labs, automatically after 15 business days from the start date of self mediation. Lime Labs would take 10 business days to get the matter sorted out from the date such request gets forwarded to LimeExchange, during this period LimeExchange would try to contact both the parties and schedule a conference call.

Arbitration
If You are dissatisfied with the progress, or if twenty five (25) business days have lapsed since You have notified Lime Labs of a dispute between You and another Member, you have to submit your dispute to binding arbitration.
