Receipts

LimeExchange provides “Receipts” facility to all its registered users. The receipts are a record of payments made at LimeExchange and are being provided for users’ convenience. All receipts are auto-generated.

To access “Receipts”, go to the “My Accounts --> Settings” tab. A service provider will find three tabs for different receipts:

Received: This tab shows receipts for the transactions between service provider and LimeExchange.

Sent: This tab shows receipts that have been sent to buyers.

Pending: This tab shows receipts for transactions between service provider and buyers. Buyer receives a receipt when you send it.

You immediately get receipts for any purchases made from LimeExchange e.g., purchase of a bid pack.

However, for any project related payments, receipts are auto-generated and made available in “Pending” tab in “Receipts” page of the service provider who sends it to the buyer.

A receipt is generated only for complete transactions. For example, if a buyer escrows payment for a project, the receipt for that transaction would show up in the “Pending” tab of the service provider when payment is released to service provider.

Sending a Receipt

Sign In using your LimeExchange ID and password, go to the “My Accounts --> Settings” tab.

Click on the “Pending” tab. Open a receipt by clicking on the receipt number. Click on “Sent” button so that buyer could receive it.

You should send a receipt to buyer whenever you receive a Receipt in the “Pending” tab of your “Receipts” page.

Downloading a Receipt

Click on “Sent” or “Received” tab on your “Receipts” page. Click on PDF icon for any receipt that you want to download.

You can now print the receipt.

Logo on Receipts

If you want to promote your company’s name by putting a logo on all the receipts that you send to buyers, you can do so by uploading and saving your logo on the “My Accounts --> Settings” page. You can also upload your logo by clicking on “Upload Receipt Logo” link on your “My Receipts” page.



In the "Receipt Details" section of the "My Accounts --> Settings" page, you can upload and save your Logo. Logo should only be in jpeg format, and preferably of 180x100 dimensions for an optimum view.

Click on “Browse” button and locate the logo that you want to upload. Once you have uploaded and saved your logo, all the receipts that you send to buyers will contain the same.
