Get Interview Calls
LimeExchange Buyers can reach out to you for interviews on your
verified phone number. Buyers can initiate calls directly from your bid
proposal or from your profile by clicking the ‘Interview Me’ button. We
strongly recommend that you get your phone number verified so that you
can receive Interview Calls from Buyers. Buyers can also call you after
the project is awarded.
You can receive as many calls from Buyers as your Call Minutes allow. If you are on a paid membership plan, you will receive up to 180 Free Call Minutes. If you are on a Free Basic plan, you can purchase Call Minutes so that you can receive interview calls from Buyers. Top-ups are available for purchasing Call Minutes.
How does it work?
- Designate your Technical Contact number that you want to use for Interview calls from Buyers.
- Have your Technical Contact number verified so that you can receive
Interview Calls from Buyers.
- You can also specify the time interval during which you will be available for phone interviews. Buyers will contact you at your preferred time. You can only receive interview calls on your Verified Technical Contact number.
- If you do not want to receive interview calls from Buyers, please visit your profile and click the ‘Edit Contact Info’ link. Clear the 'Technical Contact' field and click the 'Save' button.
- You can also provide and verify up to 5 Business Contacts and designate any of them as your Primary Business Contact number.
- Your Primary Business Contact number will be shown on your profile
page, if you have ‘Pro’ or ‘Vantage’ plan
membership.
Please note: providers with any questionable activity on LimeExchange Call will have access to the call facility removed, and may be even permanently banned from LimeExchange.
How do I verify my phone number?
To verify your phone number, log into your LimeExchange account and follow these steps:
- Go to 'My Account --> Profile’ tab.
- Click the ‘Edit Contact Info’ link on your profile page and enter your contact details.
- Select your country name. The relevant country code will appear before the phone number field. You can add up to 5 Business Contacts and one Technical Contact.
- Please note that you will only receive interview calls from Buyers
on your Verified Technical Contact number. When you verify your phone
number, you increase your chances of winning bids.
- Please do not put “0” while entering your phone number. LimeExchange Call will only work with direct numbers; phone numbers with extensions are not supported at this time.
- Click the ‘Verify Now’ link to the right of the phone number to begin the verification process.
- You will receive a call within 2-5 minutes providing you with a verification code.
- Please be available at the provided phone number and note the
verification code carefully.
- Once you have confirmed the verification code, your phone number is
verified. We recommend that you get all your contact numbers verified
to enjoy the full benefits on LimeExchange.
