Search
Providers
To search for a service provider, enter your search criteria and select the relevant category. Click the Go button to view the search results. You can refine your search results by using the filters on the left hand side.
You can also use our Advanced Search feature for enhanced search criteria including service provider's rating, skill set and location. You can also limit your search to Vantage service providers only.
The search results are displayed in order of relevance, with highlighted keywords. The search results display the following details for each service provider:
- Name: Name of the service provider. Click to open their detailed profile.
- Rank/Category Rank: If you search under any one
category, the search results will show the Category Rank of the
providers. If you search under multiple categories, you will be shown
the Overall Rank of the providers.
- Description: The provider’s skill set
- Earning: Total fees earned by the service provider
through LimeExchange
- Feedback: The number of times the provider has
been rated by Buyer. Click to view details.
- Rating: The rating of the provider at LimeExchange. Provider rating is based on feedback from LimeExchange buyers.
- Location: The physical location of the provider
- Profile Completeness: The percentage of the
profile that has been completed
You can use the links appearing at the bottom of the individual search results to Request a Bid, Add to Favorites and View Portfolio.
Request a
Bid
Buyer can search for Service Providers and send bid invitations by clicking the "Request a Bid" link appearing below each search result. If there is no current project posted by the buyer, the "Request a Bid" link will direct the Buyer to first post a project and then send bid invitations to the providers.
Buyer can also request a bid from the service provider by clicking the "Request a Bid" link on the provider's detailed profile page. To view the detailed profile page of the service provider, click the "Name" of the service provider or the "View Portfolio" link.

Use Bid Invitation templates to save time
LimeExchange provides you with an ability to create and use Bid
Invitation templates, making it easy to send bid invitations to
multiple providers.To manage your Bid templates, click the "Messages" tab.
Add multiple providers as favorites and easily
send multiple invitations
While viewing search results you can add providers to your list of
"Favorite Providers" and invite all of them to bid at the same time. To
view and manage your "Favorite Providers" click on "Exchange" and then
"Favorite Providers".
