Contest Brief

I'm seeking an artistic professional to help me revise our current logo and transform it into a modern, clean, and minimalistic version.

The company name is Factoring Express (www.factoringexpress.com)

Description of our business: We help B2B clients get quick and easy access to funding using their A/R as their collateral when they need to increase Working Capital. Our clients are Trucking companies, Staff agencies, Health care providers, Government agencies, B2B Contractors, etc.


The perfect candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in modern and minimalist logo design.
- Proven skills in weaving colors and fonts effectively.

Key Deliverables:
- Scalability: The logo should be versatile and suitable for use in various media, including digital and print. It should look great on business cards, websites, social media, and etc.

- Incorporate Brand Colors: Incorporate our brand colors into the logo design. We used blue, dark blue, and white colors. Grey may be used too.

- Recognizable in Black and White: The logo should maintain its impact and recognizability even in black and white.

- Submission requirements: Please submit 2 different versions using blue and white backgrounds. Do not play with 2D, 3d, shadows and gradients.

- High-Resolution Files: We require the winner to submit high-resolution files of the logo in vector format (e.g., AI, EPS) and any other relevant formats for ease of use and flexibility.

- Font: Please note that for the font, I didn't specify a particular type. I'll leave this to your expertise; feel free to suggest what you think will bring out the elegance and simplicity we seek for the company offering professional financial services. The design may be text-based, icon-based, or a combination of both. This isn't strictly defined, so feel free to use your artistic intuition and creativity.

- Time Frame: The deadline is in 7 days.
The final design should be visually appealing while maintaining simplicity. Remember, less is more.
